Yucatán Real Estate Group was founded with a simple observation: international buyers in Mérida needed more than a real estate agent. They needed an advisor — someone who could bridge the cultural, legal, and practical gaps that come with purchasing property in a foreign country.
Now in our fourth year of operations, we have built the most comprehensive English-language resource for understanding the Mérida real estate market. Our YouTube channel, with over 5,000 subscribers and nearly 100 educational videos, has become one of the go-to sources for Americans and Canadians exploring a move to Yucatán.
